Content Creators is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to turn ICP, offer, and messaging into a full lead-gen and conversion system. This role covers the funnel from ad to nurture to qualified sales calls, not just Meta ads buying.

The ideal candidate works independently, tests ideas quickly, and delivers measurable outcomes, using Meta, Apollo, Claude, Make, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven marketing automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid media, growth marketing, or lead-gen roles.
• Strong experience with conversion funnels, not just ads.
• Proven ability to optimize landing pages, lead forms, CTAs, and nurturing flows.
• Experience building email nurture and follow-up campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and test ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
• Own full-funnel prospect journey from ad to qualified sales call.
• Identify friction and drop-off points; optimize landing pages and forms.
• Develop nurture workflows and CRM integrations to move leads forward.
• Research and implement outbound sequences when needed.
