Marie France Group of Companies is seeking a Content Strategist who combines business acumen with creative thinking to translate market insights into high-impact content strategies across beauty and wellness brands.

You will lead data-driven content strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee campaigns, and stay ahead of AI-driven trends to strengthen brand equity and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Communications Strategist, Brand Planner, or similar role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG, creative agencies, media agencies, or digital media is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, brand strategy, digital platforms, and audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• AI-literate and able to leverage AI tools to enhance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content strategies across paid, owned, and organic channels.
• Turn market insights into compelling content plans that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Create content frameworks that strengthen brand positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, media, and cross-functional teams to run campaigns.
• Recommend content approaches involving influencers and KOLs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies using data.
• Evaluate media investments and campaign costs for efficiency.
• Stay ahead of consumer trends, digital trends, and AI innovations in beauty and wellness.
