Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive demand generation and qualify sales opportunities. You will execute campaigns, nurture prospects, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to grow SQLs.

The role requires UK shift hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN / 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM) and a degree in Business or related field, with 3+ years in end-to-end software sales, plus a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• With at least 3yrs of experience with end to end software sales.
• Interest in sales development, business growth, or marketing execution.
• Coachable, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation campaigns including emails, webinars, and social initiatives.
• Research stakeholders within target accounts and prioritize high-potential prospects.
• Perform structured outbound emails and qualified conversations to generate SQLs.
• Book qualified meetings and demos, ensuring smooth handover with context.
• Support webinars and briefings through outreach and followups.
• Track activities and provide insights to improve SQL conversion and pipeline.
