Azeus Group in Pasig is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive demand generation and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through campaigns, webinars, and digital channels.

You will work closely with Marketing and the Sales team, manage outbound outreach, qualify prospects, book meetings, and contribute to pipeline growth.

This hybrid role requires a proactive, coachable professional with 3+ years in software sales and a results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end software sales.
• Coachable, proactive and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Execute demand-generation campaigns across emails, webinars, and social media.
• Maintain prospect tracker and prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Conduct qualification conversations to assess needs and fit.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for Sales; handover with context.
• Track KPI metrics and report pipeline insights to improve conversions.
