Job summary

Convene in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Business Development Executive (Demand Generation & SQL Growth) to execute demand-generation activities and convert campaign-driven interest into Sales Qualified Leads. This role sits within the Sales team and collaborates with Marketing to nurture leads into booked meetings and pipeline opportunities.

You will manage HubSpot campaigns, perform outbound outreach, and qualify prospects in universities and public sector accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least 3 years of software sales experience with strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest in sales development, business growth, or marketing execution.
Coachable, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Execute demand-generation activities and convert campaign-driven interest into SQLs.
Maintain and update prospect trackers and identify high-potential accounts.
Conduct outbound outreach and qualification conversations to generate SQLs.
Book qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team; ensure smooth handover of opportunities.
Track and report outreach activity and pipeline impact.
