Azeus Systems Limited is seeking Junior Business Development Executives to join our dynamic sales team for Azeus Convene, our meeting and collaboration platform designed for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams of large enterprises and government agencies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and establish markets within a specific territory.
2. Analyze market behavior to develop effective business strategies.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
4. Manage pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, bid preparations, pricing support, and achieving business targets.
5. Maintain active communication with clients, partners, and internal teams via face-to-face or virtual channels.

Additional Activities:

1. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, pursuing leads and prospective clients using our CRM system.
2. Participate in trade shows, including interstate events if required.
3. Deliver customer presentations, proposals, and negotiate closing deals.
4. Update senior management on sales leads and progress.

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates; internship experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
