Job summary

International Marketing Group in Makati is seeking a Senior Sales/Business Development Head to lead the team in group sales and BD initiatives. You will develop opportunities through direct sales, brokers, agents, and corporate clients, and set objectives aligned with BD goals.

The role requires 5–10 years in a managerial or department head capacity, with strong negotiation and client-management skills, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5–10 years in a managerial or department head capacity, preferably in sales, business development, or insurance.
• Strong commercial understanding and client relationship management.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the team’s group sales and business development activities.
• Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, brokers, agents, and corporate clients.
• Set sales objectives and strategies aligned with BD goals.
• Monitor premium production, sales activities, and performance against targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents.
• Prepare costing sheets, proposals, and presentations for group insurance accounts.
• Conduct client calls, broker visits, and business meetings to discuss proposals.
• Support brokers and agents during negotiations and account development.
• Guide and support Junior Account Executives in client presentations and negotiations.
• Handle licensing requirements of IMG agents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure servicing of accounts.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients, brokers, and agents.
• Perform administrative, operational, and related duties as assigned.
