Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Business Development Head (Director/AVP) for an onsite role in Quezon City / Pasig. You will lead growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across markets, reporting to executive leadership.

The role requires a proven BD track record, leadership of regional teams, exceptional negotiation and stakeholder skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and partnerships.
• Experience leading regional business development functions is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development and revenue growth strategies.
