Quantity Solutions Inc. is seeking a driven, strategic Senior Sales & Business Development Leader to steer growth in the Philippines.

You will identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and expand our corporate client base while leading a dynamic Sales & BD team. With 10+ years in B2B sales and a strong ability to negotiate, you will craft strategies, nurture client relationships, and deliver proposals and commercial offers to win major projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience with proven leadership experience.
• Strong background in B2B, corporate, commercial, or project-based sales.
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, Distribution, Real Estate, or Technical Solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and support major project opportunities.
• Develop and expand strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
• Track sales performance, forecasts, targets, and business development reports.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Business Development team.
