Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Inventory to lead in-store stock operations and ensure product availability on a permanent graveyard shift. This onsite role requires strong leadership, rostering, and data-driven decision making.

You will manage receiving, decanting, backfill, sequencing, and BOH 5S standards, while coaching the inventory team to achieve accuracy, safety, and efficiency across high-volume processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in inventory management, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Willingness to work full-time, onsite, on a permanent graveyard shift.
• Experience with rostering and workforce planning for inventory operations.
• Experience using Excel and data-analysis tools for tracking performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory processes including receiving, decant, backfill, and sequence to maximise product availability.
• Lead, coach, train, recruit, and multi-skill inventory team members.
• Maintain BOH 5S standards to optimise space, workflows, and stock accuracy.
• Plan and manage team rosters based on workload, productivity, and store budget requirements.
• Monitor inventory performance using Excel, Power BI, Pace Tool, and DC Reporting.
• Manage high-volume inventory operations using retail-specific tools.
• Track KPIs, identify process breakdowns, and implement improvements.
• Address stock discrepancies, inventory shrinkage, and process inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for compliance and audit purposes.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure team members follow required safety and compliance standards.
