Job summary

Anko Global is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Inventory to lead stock processes, drive efficiency, and ensure optimal product availability at the Evo City, Kawit, Cavite store. You will oversee receiving, backfill, and replenishment while coaching a frontline team to deliver strong customer service.

The role requires a strong focus on safety, 5S standards, and data-driven decision making using Excel and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in in-store stock management.
• Daily store operations experience is preferred.
• Store set-up and visual merchandising experience is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite, full-time, permanent graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stock processes (receiving, decant, backfill) to maximise on-show availability.
• Build team capability through coaching and training.
• Maintain 5S and safe operating procedures for back-of-house areas.
• Roster inventory team to balance workload, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
