Job summary

Anko JV Company, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Store Manager - Inventory to lead in-store stock management, replenishment and customer service on a permanent graveyard shift. The role is onsite and part of the Store Management Team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail inventory, rostering, and data analysis (Excel/Power BI). You will coach staff, ensure 5S and safety standards, and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in in-store stock management and daily store operations.
• Experience in high-volume inventory environments and store set-up.
• Willing to work onsite, full-time, permanent graveyard shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a safety-first environment and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support inventory processes (receiving, decant, backfill) across the store.
• Schedule and roster inventory team to balance productivity and costs.
• Coach and develop team members to meet operational needs.
• Maintain 5S standards to optimise space and reduce handling times.
• Use Excel and Power BI to track performance for decision making.
• Ensure stock availability and optimize product placement for sales.
