S&R Membership Shopping is seeking a on-site Receiving Supervisor to organize shifts, ensure documentation for goods receipt, and manage accurate inventory counts. The successful candidate will motivate staff, prepare delivery schedules, and handle miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor, contributing to efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the same field.
• Experience in inbound receiving, delivery coordination, and inventory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organizing shifts and delegating work to subordinates.
• Ensuring 100% compliance of all necessary documents for the receipt of goods.
• Ensures a correct inventory of the store merchandise through accurate counting and recording of receiving transactions.
• Ensures all items received are logged and keyed daily and accurately.
• Implements security and safety procedures in all receiving functions and areas.
• Motivates staff to peak efficiency and productivity in all receiving functions and areas.
• Provides delivery schedules that assure delivery of goods in an expedient manner.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by his/his immediate superior.
