Job summary

HS Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory across warehouses, retail channels and e‑commerce platforms, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment while minimizing stockouts.

The role requires 3–5+ years in inventory management, preferably in FMCG/beauty/e‑commerce, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will implement SOPs, manage ERP/WMS/Shopify systems, and lead a team to optimize stock control, forecasting, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years inventory management experience in FMCG, beauty, or e-commerce.
• Experience creating SOPs and improving processes.
• Experience training and managing warehouse staff.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills; proficiency in ERP/WMS/Shopify and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across all locations and SKUs.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and campaigns.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch; enforce FIFO/FEFO.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain records in ERP, Shopify, and WMS; generate stock reports.
• Develop and update SOPs for inventory processes.
• Train and onboard inventory staff; drive performance improvements.
