Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive professional for on-site at Makati to identify government bidding opportunities and drive sales strategy. You will evaluate proposals, coordinate cross-functional bid teams, and ensure compliant submissions to win contracts.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on communication, organization, and market research. The role involves learning government procurement processes, building client relationships, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field; OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
• at least 6 months of experience in any sales is preferred but not required
• knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements are a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS is preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel or do field work for business purposes

Responsibilities

• Monitor government procurement portals and identify bidding opportunities
• Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and other documents for bid feasibility
• Develop and implement sales strategies for government contracts
• Lead preparation of bids and proposals with cross-functional teams
• Ensure bid submissions comply with regulations and standards
• Coordinate bid submissions and track status
• Build relationships with government clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to inform bid strategy
• Provide management with bid activity reports and insights
