Job summary

You will extract opportunities from PHILGEPS, pre-qualify them, and generate leads from various channels to expand the sales pipeline. You will monitor bid conversion, prepare timely reports, and maintain accurate records of opportunities and client information.

Qualifications

• Familiar with PHILGEPS and bidding processes.
• Knowledge of lead generation, opportunity screening, and pipeline monitoring.
• Understanding of basic sales and marketing support processes.
• Proficiency with CRM, lead trackers, or databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Bid Opportunity Sourcing: extract opportunities from PHILGEPS and other platforms.
• Screen and pre-qualify opportunities based on company criteria.
• Generate new leads from various channels and build a client pipeline.
• Monitor bid conversion and identify reasons for low performance.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate opportunity records.
