Qualifications

• Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon algorithm, ranking factors, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy.
• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to own a role fully and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work autonomously across priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continually optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling, focusing on ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
• Lead listing strategy from start to finish: titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, and product positioning.
• Define product USPs and content direction with designers for high-converting visuals.
• Run keyword research and expansion to improve organic ranking and visibility.
• Align PPC and SEO strategies to maximize paid and organic reach.
• Study performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, revenue) to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and execute product launch strategies to support ranking and visibility.
• Provide weekly performance insights, reports, and actionable growth plans.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory, pricing, and promotions to stay aligned.
