Job summary

Riviera Golf Club, Inc. in Silang, Cavite is seeking a Golf Desk Assistant for a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping with check-ins and tee-time bookings, and supporting golf operations and events.

The role requires strong communication, hospitality experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced club environment, including weekends and holidays. Training and club facility access are provided to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• College graduate
• Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Excellent communication and professional demeanour with diverse clientele
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software; golf-related systems preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple enquiries while maintaining service quality
• Genuine passion for golf and delivering outstanding member/guest experiences
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist check-in, and handle tee time reservations
• Manage bookings, tee sheets, and coordinate with golfers and instructors
• Provide information about golf, events, and club amenities
• Arrange golf carts, equipment rentals, and guest services
• Maintain a professional reception area and assist with events as needed
• Handle calls and correspondence professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experience
