Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with registration, bookings, inquiries, and general requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding PrimeGolf services, facilities, schedules, and available activities.
• Assist customers with their golfing needs and equipment, as assigned.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper condition of assigned areas.
• Ensure that equipment, supplies, and other facility materials are properly arranged and readily available.
• Assist guests before, during, and after their activities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with payment and cashiering transactions when assigned.
• Monitor bookings, customer attendance, and other required operational records.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate proper grooming and customer service standards.
• Assist with events, promotions, tournaments, and other activities conducted at PrimeGolf.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
