Riviera Golf Club, Inc. in Silang, Cavite is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all dining operations for members and guests. This full-time role oversees restaurants, bars, banquets, and member dining, driving service quality and profitability.

You will manage budgets, train staff, develop menus, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences that enhance the club's reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B management within hospitality (club/resort preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, menu planning, and restaurant management.
• Proven budgeting and cost-control experience without compromising quality.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with members and staff across levels.
• Problem-solving and decisive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems.
• Hospitality management certification is advantageous.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and member dining areas
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support personnel
• Develop and implement menus, promotional events, and special dining experiences tailored to member preferences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout all F&B areas
• Maintain inventory control and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
• Address member complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure member satisfaction
• Collaborate with club management and other departments to coordinate events, tournaments, and special occasions
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and guest experience
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to maintain high service standards
