Job summary

Riviera Golf Club, Inc. in Silang Cavite seeks a dedicated Grounds Crew member to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will perform daily maintenance on fairways, greens, roughs, and landscaped areas using proper tools and machines, ensuring a pristine course for members and guests. The ideal candidate has experience in turf care and grounds maintenance, can operate ride-on mowers and aerators, follows safety protocols, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or turf care.
• Knowledge of turf grass care and seasonal grounds practices.
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment with safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of fairways, greens, roughs, and landscaped areas.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment (ride-on mowers, aerators, etc.).
• Apply fertilisers, herbicides, and other turf treatments per schedules and safety protocols.
• Monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of all course areas.
• Assist with course preparations for tournaments and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and equipment.
