Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a meticulous GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the post-lead process. You will audit the existing GoHighLevel setup, identify gaps, rebuild automations and email nurture experiences, and ensure every lead moves smoothly through the right journey.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing system issues beyond basic workflows. Responsibilities include rebuilding sequences, maintaining pipelines, testing conditional logic, connecting quiz results and landing

Qualifications

Strong email marketing background with nurture and follow-up design.
Ability to design, audit, and optimize CRM workflows and automations.
Experience auditing existing CRMs or automation setups and identifying gaps.

Responsibilities

Audit the GoHighLevel environment from start to finish and document workflow gaps.
Rebuild and optimize email nurture sequences guiding leads to calls and purchases.
Build and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
Ensure leads are in correct pipeline stages and receive proper follow-up.
Test conditional logic across automations and fix loops or dead-ends.
Connect quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to correct follow-up journeys.
Manage ongoing follow-up on incoming leads to prevent unanswered inquiries.
Monitor campaign performance and report on results.
Recommend improvements to raise lead-to-client conversions.
Document every workflow and process for maintainability.
