vamasters, Inc. is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the lead lifecycle from nurture to conversion. You will audit the current GoHighLevel setup, rebuild automations, and ensure leads progress through the right journeys with precise follow-ups.

You will collaborate with the business owner to diagnose gaps, implement improvements, and document every workflow for long-term maintainability. Strong English communication and hands-on CRM automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with building workflows, triggers, and pipelines.
• Ability to audit an existing CRM/automation setup and identify gaps.
• Strong email marketing experience, including nurture sequences.
• Experience linking quizzes, landing pages, and funnels in a CRM.
• Ability to test and fix conditional logic in automations.
• Excellent documentation habits for process records.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit the GoHighLevel environment end to end and document gaps.
• Rebuild and optimize email nurture sequences to move leads toward calls and purchases.
• Build and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines.
• Ensure every lead sits in the correct pipeline stage with proper follow-up.
• Test conditional logic and repair broken or looping paths.
• Connect quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to correct follow-up journeys.
• Handle ongoing follow-up on incoming leads to prevent unanswered inquiries.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results.
• Recommend improvements to raise lead-to-client conversion.
• Document every workflow and process for maintainability.
