vamasters, Inc. is seeking a meticulous GHL Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the post-lead journey. You’ll audit current GoHighLevel setups, rebuild automations and nurture experiences, and ensure every lead follows the right journey.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing systems, not just building basic workflows. You will enhance workflows, tracking, and reporting, delivering measurable improvements in lead-to-client conversion while maintaining thorough documentation for long-term

Qualifications

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience beyond basic workflows.
Ability to audit, identify gaps, and improve automations.
Strong email nurture sequence design background.
Experience building funnels and landing pages in a CRM.
Clear, actionable documentation habits and process recording.

Responsibilities

Audit GoHighLevel setup and document gaps in workflows and follow-ups.
Rebuild and improve email nurture sequences to drive bookings and purchases.
Develop and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines.
Ensure leads progress through correct pipeline stages with appropriate follow-up.
Test logic in automations and fix broken or looping paths.
Integrate quizzes, landing pages, and funnels into segmentation-based journeys.
Provide ongoing lead follow-up and report campaign performance.
