Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the post-lead journey, audit the GoHighLevel setup, and rebuild the automation and email nurture experience.

You will ensure every lead follows the correct journey and sits in the right pipeline with appropriate follow-up. The role focuses on diagnosing system gaps, not just building basic workflows, with responsibilities spanning auditing, rebuilding, testing, and optimizing funnels, pages, and follow-up paths for

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on GoHighLevel experience beyond basic workflows.
• Ability to build workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines from scratch.
• Experience auditing an existing CRM or automation setup and pinpointing gaps and failure points.
• Strong email marketing background including nurture and follow-up sequence design.
• Experience building or maintaining funnels and landing pages in a CRM platform.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot conditional logic in automations.
• Comfortable reading campaign analytics and turning numbers into recommendations.
• Clear documentation habits recording processes others can follow.

Responsibilities

• Audit the current GoHighLevel environment from top to bottom and document gaps in workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences.
• Rebuild and optimize email nurture sequences that guide new leads toward booked calls and purchases.
• Build and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation rules, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
• Make sure every lead sits in the right pipeline stage and gets the right automated follow-up.
• Test conditional logic across all automations and fix broken, looping, or dead-end paths.
• Connect quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to properly segmented follow-up journeys.
• Handle ongoing follow-up on incoming leads so no enquiry goes unanswered.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversion metrics) and report the results.
• Recommend and roll out improvements that raise lead-to-client conversion.
• Document every workflow, automation, and process you build so the system stays maintainable.
