Job summary

Deal Flow Empire is seeking a GoHighLevel Automations Specialist to build, maintain, and optimize CRM automation workflows for client accounts in a dynamic setup. You will transform business processes into reliable automations to improve lead response times, booking, follow-ups, and overall sales performance.

The role requires strong experience with GoHighLevel and integrations, meticulous testing, and collaboration with sales and operations teams to ensure flawless system functioning from lead

Qualifications

• Proven experience building automations in GoHighLevel.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, triggers, and custom values.
• Experience managing pipelines, calendars, forms, and CRM records.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows.
• Create automated SMS, email, voicemail, and internal notifications.
• Develop lead-nurturing and appointment-reminder campaigns.
• Configure calendars, forms, funnels, and landing pages.
• Integrate with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot failed workflows and deliverability issues.
• Maintain documentation for workflows and integrations.
• Support multiple client subaccounts and keep systems organized.
