Job summary
Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Manager, HRIS (Talent & Core HCM) to act as a hands-on Workday functional expert. You will design, configure, optimize, and support Workday Core HCM and Talent, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, IT, and leaders to deliver scalable, integrated HR solutions.
The role requires deep Workday configuration expertise, strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and robust reporting capabilities to enable a connected, future-ready HR tech landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Strong expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, and related processes.
- Experience developing advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday functional leadership for Core HCM and Talent lifecycle processes.
- Design, configure, test, deploy and support Workday solutions.
- Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and scorecards.
- Partner with HR leaders, HRBPs, IT and business leaders globally.
- Drive delivery excellence across HR technology projects and enhancements.
