Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in the Philippines is seeking a Virtual Collaboration Principal Systems Engineer to drive secure, seamless enterprise collaboration and support global operations within CET.

You will lead L3 operations, evaluate new tools, implement automation with Power Apps/Power Automate/ServiceNow, and ensure SLA compliance. The role requires hands-on experience with MS Teams admin, Zoom, Klaxoon or similar, and IT project coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least two listed collaboration tools.
• Microsoft O365 certification preferred.
• Experience in IT project coordination.
• Background in similar global roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for Collaboration and Event Technology operations.
• Research and evaluate new virtual collaboration solutions for global adoption.
• Monitor and resolve CET tickets, ensuring SLA closure.
• Ensure compliance with IT and corporate quality standards.
• Develop automation solutions using citizen development tools to streamline CET processes.
