You will monitor platforms, troubleshoot issues, configure and document changes, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless video conferencing services worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise video conferencing systems.
• Experience with Cisco, Poly, Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, and cloud-based tools.
• Familiarity with admin tools for collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain video conferencing platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve video conferencing issues and minimize service disruptions.
• Configure and maintain systems in line with established standards, including security and change management practices.
• Document system configurations, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to video conferencing solutions.
• Participate in on-call support rotations for incident response.
• Assist in deploying, upgrading, and maintaining video conferencing hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and internal procedures.
• Support business continuity initiatives related to collaboration and communication platforms.
