You will deliver seamless, secure, and innovative experiences across the organization. You will provide L3 technical support for CET operations, evaluate new solutions, monitor incidents, and drive automation using citizen development tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across virtual collaboration platforms.
• Experience coordinating IT projects in global environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CET L3 operations and projects.
• Research and evaluate new virtual collaboration solutions for global deployment.
• Monitor and resolve CET tickets within SLA.
• Ensure compliance with IT and corporate quality standards.
• Participate in virtual meetings and project activities as required.
• Develop automation solutions using citizen development tools to streamline CET processes.
