Job summary

Henkel is seeking an IT Consultant – UCC to lead the strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement of enterprise communication services for a global enterprise. You will own Teams Phone, telephony architecture, and end-to-end UCC projects across regions, driving efficiency, security, and user experience.

The role requires strong ITIL background, vendor management, and PowerShell automation, with collaboration across global teams to enable a scalable digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Seven+ years in Unified Communications, Collaboration Technologies, or Enterprise IT; ITIL certification and Agile PM knowledge desirable.
• Expertise in UCC tech including Microsoft Teams Phone, VoIP, Direct Routing, SBCs, telephony and conferencing.
• Hands-on experience with Audio/Video technologies including Teams Rooms and workplace devices.
• Strong ITIL understanding and service lifecycle management; continual improvement experience.
• PowerShell scripting, automation, reporting, and operational tooling proficiency.
• Vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and technical consulting; SLA/KPI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evaluation, and implementation of UCC across a global environment.
• Own and drive Microsoft Teams Phone and telephony architecture strategy.
• Manage end-to-end UCC projects from concept to deployment.
• Monitor SLA/KPI, optimize costs, improve telephony and collaboration services.
• Develop automation and tooling to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams to define standards and lifecycle strategies.
