Henkel Corporation seeks an IT Consultant – UCC to shape the future of enterprise communication for a worldwide workforce, enabling secure, seamless collaboration from anywhere.

You will lead the design and implementation of Unified Communications and AV solutions, own the Teams Phone strategy, manage telephony infrastructure and SBCs, and drive end-to-end UCC projects with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure digital workplace capabilities.

• Experience with unified communications and collaboration tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, evaluation, and implementation of Unified Communications and AV solutions globally; align with requirements, security, and compliance.
• Own global Teams Phone and telephony architecture; manage infrastructure, carrier integrations, SBCs, and roadmaps.
• Manage end-to-end UCC projects from concept to deployment; coordinate planning, change management, documentation, and handovers.
• Drive vendor and service-provider management; monitor SLA/KPI, optimize costs, and improve telephony and conferencing services globally.
• Develop automation and reporting using PowerShell; improve reliability and user experience across the communications landscape.
• Collaborate with global teams to define standards, governance, and lifecycle strategies for communication technologies.

As an IT Consultant – UCC, you will drive the strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement of enterprise communication services that enable employees to connect and collaborate seamlessly from anywhere.

What you´ll do

• Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of Unified Communications and Audio/Video solutions across a global environment; Ensure solutions align with business requirements, security standards, compliance requirements, and operational processes
• Own and drive the global Microsoft Teams Phone and telephony architecture strategy; Manage telephony infrastructure, carrier integrations, number management, Session Border Controller (SBC) architecture, and long-term technology roadmaps
• Manage end-to-end UCC projects from concept to deployment; Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to oversee planning, change management, process integration, documentation, and operational handovers
• Drive service excellence through effective vendor and service provider management; Monitor SLA and KPI performance, optimize costs, and continuously improve telephony, conferencing, and collaboration services globally
• Develop automation, reporting, and operational tools using PowerShell and related technologies; Improve service reliability, standardization, operational efficiency, and overall user experience across the communication landscape
• Collaborate with global teams to define standards, governance models, and lifecycle strategies for communication technologies; Support Henkel’s Digital Workplace transformation by delivering scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions
