Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking a seasoned IT Services & Processes Workplace Consultant to lead global Audio Services and Digital Workplace design, delivery, and optimization. You will ensure secure, reliable collaboration technologies and act as liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams across regions.

You will define standards, manage lifecycles, and drive modernization initiatives, including KPI reporting and incident resolution in a hybrid work environment (PH time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of nine years’ experience in Audio Visual, Unified Communications, Digital Workplace, or related tech fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise audio and collaboration technologies (MS Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco).
• Solid knowledge of audio systems (DSPs, mics, speakers, conferencing).
• Experience designing and improving global AV and collaboration solutions.
• Strong ITIL Service Management understanding and vendor management experience.
• Able to work mid-shift (1:00 PM–10:00 PM PH time) in a hybrid setup, three days in-office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve global Audio Services and Digital Workplace services across regions.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise audio, collaboration, and workplace technologies (conferencing, meeting rooms, telephony).
• Define and govern global standards, architectures, roadmaps, and best practices for Audio Services and UC.
• Act as primary consultant for business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, cost control, and innovation.
• Lead incident and escalation resolution to improve service reliability and user satisfaction.
• Drive improvement initiatives, lifecycle management, and adoption programs.
