Job summary

Western Digital is seeking a Travel and Expense Accountant within Global Finance Operations to manage end-to-end T&E accounting for the assigned region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 2 years in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense is desirable.
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Concur, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Travel and Expense accounting for the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with Global Travel Policy and manage expense system administration.
• Review and approve expense reports; analyze spend data for cost savings opportunities.
• Provide guidance to employees on Concur navigation and policy questions.
• Support internal audits, reconciliations, and other related activities.
