Job summary

GRUNDFOS is seeking an Accountant, Travel & Expense to manage end-to-end T&E accounting across markets, ensuring compliance and accurate reconciliations. You will support SAP Concur workflows, process expense reports, and liaise with stakeholders to maintain clean books globally.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English communication, and 5+ years in a shared services or financial processing environment, with a degree in Finance or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of shared services center experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense.
• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with accounts reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance checks on markets via SAP Concur and ensure adherence to travel policies.
• Execute accounts reconciliation on markets and review monthly accrual files for accuracy.
• Support T&E users by processing and resolving ServiceNow tickets promptly.
• Provide financial reports as required by local stakeholders for statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with requestors and approvers to process expense reports efficiently.
