Job summary

WD is seeking a Travel and Expense Accountant to join Global Finance Operations in the Laguna region. You will manage end-to-end T&E accounting for the assigned region, ensuring policy compliance and accurate data in Concur and related ERP interfaces.

The role requires 2+ years in accounts payable or travel & expense, proficiency with Concur and ERP systems, and strong Excel and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting or related field.
• Atleast 2 years of work experiencein Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense accounting is highly desirable.
• Industry Exposure in the Shared Services or Global Business Services setup is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve expense reports in compliance with Global Travel Policy, analyze expense data to identify trends, risks, and cost saving opportunities
• Provide guidance to employees in Concur system navigation, expense processing, and policy questions
• Resolve data interface fallouts between Concur and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) to process payments
• Prepare and submit Concur Accrual reports, perform reconciliation for Concur related GL Accounts
• Support Internal Audit, Payroll, Tax and other units during Concur transaction reviews
• Support KPIs and automate audits with Concur Intelligent Audit
• Conduct trainings and perform other assigned duties
