Job summary

WD is seeking a Travel and Expense Accountant, Global Finance Operations, to manage end-to-end T&E accounting for the assigned region with timely, accurate processing and strict policy compliance. You will work closely with the Global Travel Team, IT & Concur support, and Local Finance to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires reviewing expense reports, guiding employees in Concur, and resolving Concur-ERP data interface fallouts, while supporting Internal Audit, Payroll, Tax, and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense accounting.
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve expense reports in line with Global Travel Policy; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Guide employees in Concur usage and expense processing.
• Resolve data interface issues between Concur and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) to complete payments.
