Job summary

Western Digital Corp. Philippines seeks a Travel and Expense Accountant to manage the end-to-end expense process for the region, ensuring timely, accurate Concur data and compliance with WD travel policies.

The role requires close coordination with Global Travel Team and Local Finance. Work with Internal Audit, Payroll, Tax and other units to support reconciliations, accruals, and KPI reporting; contribute to cost control opportunities while adapting to a fast-paced, globally connected finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense accounting.
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve expense reports per Global Travel Policy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist employees with Concur navigation and expense processing queries.
• Resolve data interface issues between Concur and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) for payments.
