PepsiCo is seeking a senior transition/PMO professional in the Manila area to plan and execute migration of business processes to PCC (Manila). You will work with the transition lead and cross-functional teams in a global environment, driving governance, schedules and risk mitigation.

The role requires 9–11 years of transitions or project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills.

The role is responsible for working with the transition lead, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of migration of the business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to PCC (Manila) location following PepsiCo transition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
• Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.
• Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.
• Managing stakeholders and communications, including escalation facilitation when required.
• Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver service metrics for the planned migration, required service documentation and required IT access and tools.
• Managing logistics for travel related to transition
• Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes.
• Contributing to scope design and transition audits; maintaining design engagement to ensure outputs set the project up for success in line with the GCC strategy.
• Supporting the TMO (Transition Management office) activities as needed

Skills/Experience Required

• 9-11 years of experience in Transitions / Project Management.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
• Understanding of KPIs/metrics, process improvement.
