Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation and transition initiatives in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring processes, documentation, training readiness, and teams are prepared for successful implementation and go-live.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, shared services, transition, or operations.
3-5 years of people leadership or team management.
Experience in process documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and change initiatives is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Oversee SOP creation, process documentation, knowledge transfer, and training readiness.
Collaborate with Transformation, Design, Operations, and Transition teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and process gaps.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Ensure operational readiness before go-live and support successful transitions.
Drive continuous process improvements aligned with future-state operating models.
