Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Philippines is seeking a Trade and Working Capital Operations Specialist on WHEM Shift to process trade finance transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, and URR 725. You will monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and support end-to-end delivery.

The role emphasizes risk controls, collaboration with processing teams, and continuous improvement to enhance client experience in global trade.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in trade finance/trade operations.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Accurate processing with strong attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Knowledge of sanctions compliance concepts (OFAC).
Ability to collaborate with team and partners.

Responsibilities

Process trade finance transactions following JPMorganChase policies and applicable rules.
Monitor work queues, allocate assignments, and prioritize items.
Review transactions for red flags including sanctions and AML requirements.
Escalate risks and issues promptly when needed.
Partner with other processing teams to share best practices.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Apply analytical skills to reduce errors and rework.
Research complex cases and resolve breaks by validating details.
Assess upstream/downstream impacts to support accurate processing.
Participate in initiatives to improve controls, capacity and client experience.
Maintain a controlled environment per local regulatory requirements.
