Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Trade Finance Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with UCP, ISP, URDG, Boycott, and OFAC, and drive process improvements. You will analyze processes, implement action plans to improve efficiency and turnaround times, and support managers in crisis management while motivating the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities for Trade Finance
• Analyze processes to identify improvement areas and execute action plans
• Support managers in driving process efficiency and implementing best practices
• Manage crisis situations through proper escalation and motivate the team
• Develop and exercise business plans and internal procedures
• Lead projects, offer innovative solutions, and identify cost efficiency opportunities
• Ensure integrity of processes, operations, and associated results
• Support a wide range of stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Client Service, Partner Site, and Tech Support
• Build effective relationships with management and internal stakeholders, influencing them where necessary
