Job summary

JPMorganChase invites qualified professionals to join as Vice President - Trade & Working Capital Operations in Taguig. You will lead daily Trade Finance operations, ensure compliance with UCP, ISP, URDG, and OFAC, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround times.

The role involves mentoring teams, managing crises, coordinating with Product, Sales, Client Service, and Tech Support, and shaping internal procedures and business plans for cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Trade products, processes and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to know when a deep dive is appropriate.
• Ability to drive results through a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities for Trade Finance.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement areas and execute action plans.
• Support managers in driving process efficiency and implementing best practices.
• Manage crisis situations through proper escalation and motivate the team.
• Develop and exercise business plans and internal procedures.
• Lead projects, offer innovative solutions, and identify cost efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure integrity of processes, operations, and associated results.
• Support a wide range of stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Client Service, Partner Site, and Tech Support.
• Build effective relationships with management and internal stakeholders, influencing them where necessary.
