Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Trade Finance Operations Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with UCP, ISP, URDG, Boycott regulations, and OFAC, while driving process improvements and efficiency.

You will analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to enhance turnaround time. The role requires supporting managers, managing crises, and motivating the team to excel in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Trade products, processes, and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the business and technical teams.
• Ability to drive results through a hands-on approach.
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities for Trade Finance.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement areas and execute action plans.
• Support managers in driving process efficiency and implementing best practices.
• Manage crisis situations through proper escalation and motivate the team.
• Develop and exercise business plans and internal procedures.
• Lead projects, offer innovative solutions, and identify cost efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure integrity of processes, operations, and related results.
• Support a wide range of stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Client Service, Partner Site, and Tech Support.
• Build effective relationships with management and internal stakeholders, influencing them when necessary.
