Job summary

JPMorganChase Philippines is seeking a Trade Finance Operations Manager to lead daily activities, ensuring compliance with UCP, ISP, URDG, Boycott regulations and OFAC, while driving efficiency and faster turnaround times.

You will analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, support managers in implementing best practices, manage crises, and motivate the team, coordinating with Product, Sales, Client Service, Partner Site and Tech Support to deliver reliable results.

• Lead projects, offer innovative solutions, and identify cost efficiency opportunities
• Ensure integrity of processes, operations, and associated results
• Build effective relationships with management and internal stakeholders, influencing them where necessary
