Job summary

You will manage dashboards, reporting packs, and tax-related handoffs while upholding regulatory compliance and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Total Rewards operations and annual compensation/bonus cycles.
• Hands-on coordination across SuccessFactors, SAP, ReD, dashboards/Power BI and payroll interfaces.
• Experience in data validation, analysis and computations.
• Advanced use of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Campaign preparation and setup: lead end-to-end compensation campaign preparation and governance activities, including salary review budget, matrix, data quality, and communications.
• In-campaign monitoring and coordination: monitor dashboards and KPIs, budget utilisation, and payroll workflows; provide insights for leadership decisions.
• Post-campaign activation and payroll/tax handoff: SAP activation, data validation, and payroll handoffs with accuracy and compliance.
• Bonus data quality and HRBP support: oversee data corrections, bonus eligibility validation, dashboards, and governance.
• STB and Bonus Assignment Governance: oversee eligibility, cross-system validation, and governance for bonus programs.
