Job summary

You will execute rewards activities, ensure data accuracy, and maintain controls while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and hub colleagues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of rewards experience, with proficiency in SuccessFactors, Employee Central and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in rewards or related finance processes.
• Solid knowledge of core rewards processes and systems.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Employee Central and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end rewards processes in line with global standards and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate setup, validation, reconciliation and completion of rewards activities.
• Deliver timely, high-quality outputs for assigned markets.
• Handle inquiries and escalate complex issues with analysis.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation; support system testing and UAT.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and Hub teams to ensure accuracy.
