Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions with timely delivery.
• Partner with line managers and HRBPs to hire the best talent.
• Source and build talent pools through diverse channels.
• Provide market insights and act as a talent advisor.
• Ensure candidate care and a positive interview experience.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and data protection regulations.
• Produce recruitment metrics and reports for stakeholders.
