Job summary

Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead proactive talent pooling, end-to-end recruitment, and strategic sourcing across functions in our Philippines operations. The role collaborates with line managers and HR business partners to hire top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will analyze recruitment data, drive improvements, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Nestlé processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Must have headhunting experience.
• Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a complex multinational organization.
• Experience using ATS and digital job boards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactive talent pooling and pipeline development across functions to ensure ready talent pool for hiring needs.
• Back-up 360 recruiter across teams, end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions within SLAs.
• Partner with Line Managers and HRBPs to enable timely hiring of top talent.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment solutions.
• Manage analytics and reporting for requisitions across functions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data accuracy to improve SLA adherence.
