Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of core rewards processes.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP.
• Advanced use of MS Excel.
• Strong data validation and data handling skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end rewards processes (e.g., Annual Salary Review, Short-Term Bonus) in line with global standards.
• Ensure accurate setup, validation, reconciliation, and completion of rewards activities in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and SAP.
• Deliver timely and high-quality outputs for assigned markets within deadlines.
• Build SME knowledge in sub-processes and support SME-led initiatives.
• Respond to standard rewards inquiries and escalate complex issues with analysis.
• Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
